This policy explains how PixelNest Tools (“we”, “us”, or “the site”) handles information when you visit this website. This is a general website privacy notice, not legal advice.
1. Images and local processing
The image tools are designed to process files in your browser. Your selected image is decoded and edited locally; the tool does not upload it to PixelNest servers as part of normal operation. Temporary object URLs and browser memory may be used to display previews and prepare downloads. These temporary resources are released when possible when you reset the tool or leave the page.
2. Information collected by website infrastructure
Like most websites, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may automatically process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and diagnostic logs, for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. The precise information retained depends on the hosting provider’s configuration and policies.
3. Contact messages
The contact form opens an email draft in your device’s email application. This website does not transmit the form contents to its own application server. If you choose to send the email, your email provider and our email provider may process the information required to deliver and reply to it.
4. Advertising and third parties
PixelNest Tools currently uses advertising code provided through Adsterra, including display banner, native banner, and popunder formats. When these scripts load, Adsterra and its advertising partners may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, page URL, advertising identifiers, cookie or similar technology data, and ad interaction information for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement, and personalization where permitted. These providers operate independently and their processing is governed by their own notices and applicable law. Advertising scripts may cause a new advertising tab or window to open in accordance with the popunder format.
Advertising technologies that require consent must be configured to respect the rules applicable to visitors’ locations. The site operator is responsible for selecting and configuring an appropriate consent mechanism where required; this page alone is not a consent mechanism. You can also use browser settings to manage some cookies and tracking technologies, although this may not disable every form of tracking.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The image tools do not need an account or a PixelNest tracking cookie to process images. Third-party advertising providers may use cookies, pixels, scripts, browser identifiers, or similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted. 6. Analytics
No first-party analytics script is included in this release. If analytics is added later, this policy should be updated to describe the provider, purpose, data collected, retention, and any applicable consent options.
7. Data retention and security
PixelNest does not receive image files through the normal image-processing workflow, so it does not retain those images on its servers. Technical logs and emails may be retained by the service providers involved according to their policies and operational needs. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Children
This site is a general-purpose image utility website and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe personal information has been provided to us inappropriately.
9. Your choices and rights
